1. Open the login page
Start by heading to https://app.shepaz.com/login or use the login link you received. You’ll see the main login screen with space to enter your account details.

The login page highlights the SHPZ logo, page header, and the login form.
2. Enter your email
Type your email address into the Email field. This needs to be a valid email format like [email protected]. If you don’t type it right, for example if you leave out the “@,” you’ll see a message saying, “The email is not valid.”

3. Enter your password
In the Password field, type the password for your SHPZ account. Passwords have to be at least 6 characters. If you want to double-check what you’re typing, click the eye icon next to the box. That lets you see or hide your password as you go.

4. Complete reCAPTCHA automatically
reCAPTCHA v3 protects your account from bots. There’s nothing extra for you to do—when you hit the login button, it’ll check for you in the background. If there’s a problem, like your internet cuts out, you might see “Captcha failed · Please try again.” Try to log in again to reset things.

5. Submit the form
Once your email and password are in, click the Login button to move forward. While you wait, you’ll notice the button looks dimmed or a spinner appears—that’s how you know it’s loading.

6. Successful login
When you log in successfully, you’ll either land back on the page you were trying to access or get sent to your Home (dashboard) automatically.

7. Troubleshooting (quick)
– “User Doesn’t Exists.” If you get this, double-check the email you typed, or use the sign up option if you haven’t registered yet.
– “Wrong password.” You may have mistyped. Re-enter it, or use the Forgot password? link to reset.
– “Invalid Captcha.” This pops up if there’s a connection hiccup. Click Login again, and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
