1. Open the login page
Go to https://app.shepaz.com/login in your web browser. You’ll see the standard login form, with a “Forgot password?” button underneath the password field.

2. Enter your email
Type your email address into the Email field. Make sure you use the email connected to your account. The “Forgot password?” button stays disabled until you enter a valid email—if you miss a letter or use an unsupported format, you won’t be able to continue.

3. Request reset
Once your email is entered correctly and the “Forgot password?” button is available, click it. The app will check if your address matches an account—if so, a reset link is sent to your inbox.

4. Check your email
Look in your inbox for a message from Shepaz. Give it a couple of minutes if it doesn’t land right away, and check your spam folder just in case. The email has a link that gets you to the password reset page.

5. Create a new password
After clicking the link, you’ll land on the reset page. Enter your new password, then confirm it in the next field to avoid typos. Click submit. If everything checks out, you’ll get a success message—your password’s now updated.
